The aim of the project is to create an industrial energy storage  system that utilises the power of nature (the power of Archimedes) acting on a body immersed in a liquid.

"A strategic investment for offshore renewable energy owners.."

According to forecasts from leading energy industry organisations, by 2040 the capacity of energy storage systems  worldwide could reach 1095 GW, and their capacity - 2850 GWh. This is a colossal growth compared to the figures for 2019 (9 GW and 17 GWh respectively).

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) forecasts that when the share of renewable energy sources (RES) in the energy balance reaches 15-30%, the need for energy storage systems will begin to grow exponentially (EBRD energy strategy for 2024-2028).

Principle of operation of UAPS

Based on the use of Archimedes' force, that is, a body immersed in a liquid is acted upon by a force tending to push the body to the surface of the liquid.
